Samuel, the Seer
Samuel was his name,
A prophet and seer renowned
Raised in the temple,
His destiny to be found.
As a child, he heard the voice
Of God calling in the night
And though he knew not what it meant
He followed with all his might.
He grew to be a mighty judge
Ruling with wisdom and grace
Guided by the hand of God
Every time and in every place.
He anointed kings and led the charge
Against those who sought to harm.
Samuel, oh great Jewish seer
Your legacy lives on till today.
