From my diary: Broken Bridges

In recent years, a tsunami of emotions engulfs my soul, while tempests rage within my heart, and turbulent thoughts dominate my mind. Contemplating the prevailing negativities worldwide, I ponder whether it's the advancing age that alters perspectives or the rapid dissemination of information through ICT that intensifies these feelings. Regardless, the undeniable truth is that times have taken a turn for the worse. Is this  "கலியுகம்" ? (Missionaries highlight Biblical prophesies about these tumultuous days).

What deeply concerns me is the theft of joy, the loss of peace, and the disruption of harmony in human relationships. This unsettling trend stems from the severing of human connections and breakdown in communication, among friends and families.

In severing connections, we lose the bridges that once connected us to understanding and affection. The danger  lies in the silent erosion of the bonds that once held hearts together.

The danger of disconnecting is not just in the absence of others but in the void it creates within ourselves. Isolating oneself from connections is like building walls that imprison the soul. It casts shadows of solitude upon our spirit.

Like branches without roots, relationships severed lose the strength to weather the storms of life. In cutting off connections, we extinguish the flame that illuminates the path of our growth.

Disconnected hearts may beat independently, but the symphony of shared moments is forever lost. Cutting off connections in relationships is like severing the roots of a tree; both eventually wither without  nourishment. It is like tearing pages from the book of life.

Consequently,  loneliness fills the void, and in the vacuum created, resentment festers, casting a long shadow over what once was a vibrant relationship. Isolation acts as silent poison, corroding the foundation of once-strong relationship.

With the erosion of trust,
like a bridge burned, severed connections make it difficult to rebuild the passage between hearts. With emotional detachment, vibrant and dynamic relationships turn into mere fragments.

A relationship without connections is like a garden without water –

it withers.😔😭😔
